My friends and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the facility was designed for families with children, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained. We particularly enjoyed the thrilling bobsled track, while the two-story apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious. Despite a minimal breakfast spread, the strong WiFi signal and beautiful aquariums in the restaurant made up for it.
That the staff were not fully informed about the inclusion of swimming pool tickets in the accommodation price, which became an inconvenience.

Great place for families with lots of fun activities. I enjoyed the bobsled and the delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location near skiing slopes and activities for kids. the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the restaurant has a nice aquarium display.
The service was not good, we had to wait a long time to be attended. the food was average and we expected better quality considering the price.

The breakfast offered a good variety of pastries and fresh fruit. The hotel is located near a popular skiing area and the view from the room was breathtaking. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The service was unsatisfactory, the staff was not very helpful during the check-in process and the room was not ready on time. The shower did not have enough hot water and the towels were old.
